Enjoy a glass of wine at Uncorked!

Was that snow that came through? No one is ready for that, but we can’t think of a better place to discuss the weather, the wind or any other topic than Livingston’s only wine bar, Uncorked.

Uncorked serves vintages from all over the world as well as craft beers. If you know a lot about wine, your server will be able to offer you a favorite or turn you on to something new. If you’re new to the world of enjoying wine, you are also welcome, as flights and tastings are part of what Uncorked offers each month.

The cooler evenings are perfect for some house made stews, hearty soups and even everyone’s favorite, fondue. Chef Vedra creates some magical and delicious specials each week, just the right size to accompany a glass of wine. Music is part of the equation each Friday at 6 pm.

Quenby Iandorio Duo – Texas Roots

Quenby

Quenby will be playing songs both from her latest release, “Pretty Little Thing”, recorded with friends and collaborators in Austin, TX and from her debut album, “Long Time Comin’” in `09. Her style borrows from influences like Wanda Jackson, the Mavericks, Dwight Yoakam and Patsy Cline and spans genres from old rock n’ roll to roadhouse country, from the gentle stylings of classic country to the hard-driving stomp of outlaw country, plus add a little Tex Mex and a little Cajun for a true American roots experience.
