On Saturday, Dec. 28th I hosted a staff dinner party to celebrate making it thru the holidays. Our favorite appetizer was La Quercia white spread or lardo on a crostini with a slice of bresaola on top. Wow, making my mouth water just thinking about it. We loved it so much we are sampling it this Saturday in the store from noon to 4:00 pm. If you want to try an easy and delicious app or side to a soup, come by and check it out!
