We have a lot of fun happenings at Uncorked this month in addition to our music lineup.
We are creating a cozy, candle-lit atmosphere for hygge, and we have two wine tastings and a dinner happening. Join us for two educational tasting events. Cost for each is $5, and we will offer discounts on featured wines for guests of the tasting.
Small Vineyards Tasting
The first tasting is with Small Vineyards and is this Thursday, February 1, from 4 to 6 pm. The rep will be here for a little education if you are interested. Small Vineyard’s focus is small production wines that are hand harvested, family owned and earth friendly. You can arrive any time between 4 and 6 and we’ll have six wines for you to try.
Skurnik Imports
The second tasting is Friday, February 16, with Skurnik Imports. Skurnik represents some of our favorite wines from the Terry Theise collection. If you are like me and a fan of Terry Theise, you will want to be here for this one. These are wines that whisper instead of shout and exhibit true sense of place. We’ll be tasting five or six of them. Tasting will again be from 4 to 6 pm, and live music in the bar afterwards!
Moroccan Pop Up Dinner Valentine’s Celebration
On Saturday, February 17, we are hosting our third pop up dinner. The theme is Moroccan. Menu will be posted in a week or so. Make your reservations early! These dinners fill up fast.
